1）开发针对基因测序数据（免疫组库、单细胞测序等）的分析软件；2）基于机器学习算法进行TCR/BCR与抗原识别关系的预测；3）通过生物信息分析，从免疫学角度对免疫相关疾病（自身免疫疾病、肿瘤）进行标志物/诊断的研究。
